Lyanne Maclean

Lyanne Maclean MBE is a seasoned professional in operations and logistics, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Tokamak Energy since November 2022. Prior to this, Lyanne held the role of Chief Operating Officer at the UK Atomic Energy Authority from August 2019 to December 2022. Lyanne's extensive experience at Royal Mail included positions as Head of Logistic Distribution and Head of Fleet Operations, where notable achievements included delivering operational standards and transformational changes. Lyanne has also served as Chief of Staff at the Defence College of Logistics, Policing and Administration, Programme Manager for Army Reserves, and Commanding Officer of the Scottish Transport Regiment in the British Army. Lyanne holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Logistics from Cranfield School of Management and a Master's in Defence Studies from King's College London, along with completing the Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
