Lead Product Engineer at Tokenize

Mark Will has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Mark began their career as an Engineering Co-op at Welch Allyn in 1995 and continued as an Engineering Co-op at Motorola European Paging Subscriber Division in 1996. In 1997, they worked as an Engineering Co-op at Carrier Corporation.

Mark then joined Motorola, Inc., North American Paging Subscriber Division as a Mechanical Engineer in 1998. In this role, they supported the manufacturing team with maintenance-of-line issues and executed cost-reductions while ensuring product quality.

Mark moved to Motorola Mobility in 2000, where they worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Mark was responsible for developing the mechanics for cellular telephones, including conceptual and detailed design, engineering analysis, planning, design reviews, manufacturing interface, and supplier liaison.

In 2004, Mark joined Home Diagnostics, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer. Mark led the mechanical engineering design of highly cosmetic, low-cost glucose meters for diabetes management. Mark also worked on the design of the ELEMENT and TrueResult glucose meters.

From 2006 to 2008, Mark worked at Cross Match Technologies as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Mark provided complete mechanical engineering design for biometric security devices, collaborating with various teams to establish design requirements and launch products into manufacturing.

In 2008, Mark joined Alpha High Theft solutions as a Senior Project Engineer. Mark integrated with customers, sales, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing teams to create anti-theft devices for the retail environment. Mark was responsible for complete project management, from establishing requirements to final qualification, working with various technologies.

Since 2016, Mark has been working at Britax Child Safety as an Engineering Manager. In this role, they are responsible for the New Product Development of Child Restraint Systems (CRS) for the North American market. Mark ensures projects are appropriately staffed and follows phase-gate processes. Mark also drives engineering standards and process improvements, working across disciplines.

Most recently, Mark joined Token in 2023 as a Lead Product Engineer. Further details about this role are not provided at this time.

Mark Will earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, studying from 1993 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, Mark has obtained several certifications, including Certified Beer Judge from the Beer Judge Certification Program in May 2022, Child Passenger Safety Technician from Safe Kids Worldwide in November 2019, and MMA Judge & Referee from the Association of Boxing Commissions in January 2016.
