Steve Haigh

Steve Haigh has more than 20 years of experience in various technology leadership roles. Steve is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Tokenovate since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Teralytics from 2022 to 2023. In this role, they led a multi-disciplinary team and successfully launched a new SaaS data-analytics product for the US market in just 4 months.

From 2020 to 2022, Steve was the VP of Engineering, Precision Health at Genomics plc. Steve led bioinformatics and software engineering teams responsible for delivering cloud-based digital services related to genetic information and risk predictions for chronic diseases. Steve also worked at Congenica as the Director of Engineering in 2020, where they led a 55-person strong software engineering team to develop a cloud-based genomic medicine digital platform.

From 2018 to 2020, Steve held the position of VP Software and Services at Azuri Technologies, where they led the development and delivery of cloud-based digital services supporting customer mobile payments and distribution networks in sub-Saharan Africa.

Prior to these roles, Steve worked at Cambridge Consultants from 2007 to 2018, where they held several positions including Associate Director and Head of Internet and Service Software. Steve led a full digital capability department and served as a CTO/VP Engineering on client projects. Steve also worked as a Senior Consultant and Principal Software Engineer during their tenure.

Steve's earlier experience includes working as a Contract Software Engineer at Fujitsu in 2006, Senior Software Engineer at Cambridge Consultants Ltd from 2004 to 2006, Senior Software Engineer at Radiant Networks from 2001 to 2004, and Software Engineer at Motorola from 1997 to 2001.
