Michael Lepre

Michael Lepre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and loss control. Since April 1999, Michael has served as a Senior Loss Control Consultant at Tokio Marine America, conducting comprehensive risk evaluations across various insurance domains, providing risk opinions to underwriting, and developing loss control recommendations to mitigate exposures. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Safety Management Consultant at Argonaut Insurance Company and Health and Safety Director at Scrivner Environmental Services, where responsibilities included marketing presentations and managing corporate safety programs. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a focus on Environmental Health and Safety from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety from California State University, Fresno, complemented by an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Fresno City College.
