Jerry Alexander

Jerry Alexander has extensive experience in the semiconductor and service industry, currently serving as the Field Service Area Supervisor at Tokyo Electron US since June 1997. In this role, Jerry oversees a startup organization dedicated to customer support across the United States, managing field service engineers and ensuring the resolution of technical issues. Jerry's previous positions include Senior Field Service Supervisor and Field Service Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed strategic goal implementation, staff training, and developing support operations from the ground up. Prior to joining Tokyo Electron, Jerry held roles in sales and materials planning, and served in the US Navy as an Electricians Mate. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
