Jonathan Hu

Jonathan Hu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in acquisitions, investments, and capital markets. Currently serving as Finance Director for Apartment Living at Toll Brothers since April 2022, Jonathan previously held positions at Edge Principal Advisors and Onyx Equities, focusing on acquisitions and investments. Jonathan's career began in real estate finance and CMBS at Citi and included a role in acquisitions at CWCapital Asset Management. An alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania, Jonathan earned a B.A. in Economics, International Relations, and Urban Real Estate. Early education was completed at Corona Del Sol High School.
