Olga Megorskaya

Olga Megorskaya is the CEO of Toloka.ai, overseeing the company's mission to provide effective infrastructure for data labeling in the global AI industry since 2020. Prior to this role, Olga spent nearly a decade at Yandex, where responsibilities included serving as the Head of Crowdsourcing and Platforms department, where Olga developed infrastructure for data labeling through crowdsourcing for various ML-based products and implemented Human-in-the-loop solutions. Olga also held the position of Head of Search Assessors Service, developing scalable methodologies for managing assessors, and was the Product Owner of the Toloka Crowdsourcing platform, where Olga designed its methodological architecture. Earlier roles at Yandex and KIT Finance Technical Center included management of assessor teams and work in risk management.
