Yana Zinchenko

Yana Zinchenko has work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Yana worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Toloka starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Recruitment Lead and then a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ABBYY from 2019 to 2021. During their time at ABBYY, they were responsible for driving the recruitment process, managing vacancies, and assisting with onboarding. Before ABBYY, Yana worked as a Recruiter in the IT/Telecom/Automation field at ANCOR from 2017 to 2019.

Yana Zinchenko completed their Bachelor's degree in Linguistics (English, Chinese) from Moscow City Teachers' Training University (MGPU) from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, they took Chinese language courses at Capital Normal University from 2013 to 2014. In November 2021, Yana obtained the Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from World Education Services. In September 2021, they also obtained certifications in People Analytics from LinkedIn and IELTS (7.5) from IELTS Official.
