Francois Cherpion

Francois Cherpion has extensive experience in business leadership and management across various sectors in Africa and Europe. Since August 2013, Francois serves as the Country Business Manager for TOLSA in Africa and also held the positions of Directeur Général at Tolsa Turkey and at Société Sénégalaise des Phosphates de Thiès. In May 2023, Francois was appointed Président of EUROCHAM Sénégal, which focuses on attracting new investors to Senegal and fostering a conducive economic environment for European companies. Additionally, since March 2022, Francois has been an Administrator on the Board of Union des Français de l'Etranger - Monde. Prior to these roles, Francois served as Directeur Général at Cementos Portland Valderrivas from May 2009 to August 2013. Educational qualifications include a diploma from ICN Business School and participation in a defense and security program at the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN) in 2017.
