Carolyn Johnson

Carolyn Johnson is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in proposal management and marketing coordination, currently serving as the Lead Proposal Specialist at TKDA since September 2021. Previously, Carolyn held the position of Commercial Proposal Manager at Progress Rail from February to September 2021, and prior to that, served as Senior Marketing Coordinator at F.H. Paschen for nearly a decade. Carolyn's expertise encompasses the preparation and execution of RFPs and RFQs, customizing proposal content, coordinating with various stakeholders, and mentoring junior staff on proposal submissions. Carolyn's career also includes roles in advertising and enrollment coordination, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Benedictine University.
