Chad Ayers

Chad Ayers, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Registered Engineer at TKDA since January 2024, Chad previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Sambatek, Inc. from September 2013 to December 2023. Chad has also contributed to the Minnesota Society of Professional Engineers' Professional Development Committee, advocating for the value of the PE license in Minnesota. With a strong background in civil engineering, Chad has worked in various capacities at AEC Engineering, RLK Incorporated, Yaggy Colby Associates, and other firms, focusing on utility design, site planning, and construction documentation. Chad earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and has pursued additional professional development, including training in leadership and communication.
