Jeannine Clancy

Jeannine Clancy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public works and community partnerships. Currently serving as the Program Director for Strategic & Community Partnerships at TKDA since January 2022, Clancy previously held key positions at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities, including Assistant General Manager and Manager of Community Programs from July 2014 to November 2021. Prior experience includes leadership roles as the Director of Public Works for the City of Golden Valley from September 1998 to June 2014 and for the City of New Hope from May 1995 to September 1998. Clancy began a career in project management at the City of Scottsdale from March 1990 to May 1995. Educationally, Clancy holds a Master of Arts in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government and Psychology from Morningside University.
