Arunima Banerji

Arunima Banerji has a significant amount of work experience in the field of human resources. Arunima has held multiple roles in different companies over the years. Arunima'smost recent position was as the Head of Human Resources, AMEA at Toluna, starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources, India & APAC at Toluna from February 2022 to December 2023. Arunima also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Toluna from March 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Toluna, they held various HR positions at Vodafone Idea Limited, including Head HRBP Ops from April 2019 to March 2020 and Talent Head from January 2017 to September 2018. Arunima also worked at MTS Group as the Head of Talent Development HR Rajasthan Circle and as the Head of Talent Development, HR, UP East, West & Uttarakhand. Arunima started their career as a Business Development Manager-HR at a publication company and also worked as a Manager-L&D Global at Satyam Computer Services Ltd, where they were responsible for training and leadership development.
