Varsha Nair has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Varsha is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Group Finance at Toluna Corporate since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Finance Director - Europe at Ensono from September 2019 to July 2021.

From July 2016 to August 2019, Varsha worked as the Director of Finance - Group Reporting & Tax at Bridge International Academies. Before that, they had various positions at Ingeus, including Head of Finance - International from July 2011 to March 2016, Senior Finance Manager - Europe from May 2010 to June 2011, and Finance Manager - Europe from March 2007 to April 2010.

Varsha's earlier experience includes working as a Group Finance Manager at Kaplan Financial (UK) from December 2000 to February 2007, and as a Financial Accountant at PAREXEL from July 1999 to November 2000. Varsha began their career as an Accounts Assistant Supervisor at IBL Trade Finance Limited from April 1998 to June 1999.

Varsha Nair completed their Bachelor's of Commerce degree at the University of Mumbai from 1995 to 1997. Varsha then pursued their professional qualifications in accounting and obtained their FCCA (Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) from ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in 2001. In 2014, Varsha further enhanced their expertise in international taxation and transfer pricing by becoming an International Tax Affiliate through the ADIT (Advanced Diploma in International Taxation) program at ADIT International Tax. Varsha obtained additional certifications in Transfer Pricing and ADIT International Tax from the same institution in 2014.
