Elena Osichkina

Elena Osichkina is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing digital, branding, and design projects utilizing Agile methodologies. Currently at Tom & Co. since August 2022, Elena previously held the same role at Dusted from November 2018 to August 2022. Prior to that, Elena worked as a Design Department Manager and Project Manager at Sigma Software Group, where responsibilities included managing project budgets, schedules, and relationships with stakeholders. With a strong foundation in project management developed during a freelance career and earlier roles at W3 Ukraine and Gulfstream, Elena's expertise encompasses project documentation, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration in diverse environments. Elena holds a Master’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
