Charlotte Binst

Charlotte BINST has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Charlotte started their career as an M&A Analyst at J.P. Morgan in 1999. Charlotte then worked as an Equity Analyst at Degroof Petercam before joining BAT, where they held various positions such as Marketing Finance Manager, Strategic Planning and Insights Manager, Finance and IT Director, Finance Project Manager, and Finance Director. After their time at BAT, they took a sabbatical and then joined Kingfisher plc as the Group Head of Business Performance and Planning, and later as the Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant to the Group CEO. Charlotte then moved to The HEINEKEN Company, serving as the Finance Director for Heineken France and later as the CFO for the Americas. Their next role was at Solvay as the Group Business Controller. Most recently, they worked at CB Advisory BV as a Strategy and Finance Advisory. In 2023, they joined Tom&Co as the Group Chief Financial Officer.

In 1994, Charlotte BINST attended Université de Namur, where they obtained a degree in Economics. Charlotte then pursued further education at KU Leuven from 1996 to 1998, specializing in Economics.

In 1998, Charlotte enrolled in Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, where they earned their MBA.

In 2018, Charlotte participated in an Executive Programme at INSEAD.

In 2021, Charlotte attended emlyon business school, completing an Executive programme and obtaining a Board certification.

Most recently, in 2022 and 2023, Charlotte attended the University of Cambridge, specializing in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies.
