Lily Kelley

Lily Kelley is a Senior Research Associate at Tome Biosciences, where responsibilities include providing sequencing capabilities, conducting PCR, gel electrophoresis, and quantifying libraries as part of the preparation process. Experience includes performing both short read and long read sequencing using Next Generation Sequencing and Oxford Nanopore technologies, along with optimizing atgRNA sequencing protocols. Prior to Tome, Lily served as a Research Assistant at Boston Children's Hospital, focusing on noncoding mutations and developing a molecular inversion probe panel targeting neural regions. Earlier experience includes work as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Emmanuel College, where research focused on protein-protein interactions in E. coli. Lily holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emmanuel College and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Bioinformatics at Brandeis University.
