Elissa Shane

Elissa Shane began their career in 2001 as a paralegal for The Lustigman Firm PC. In 2009, they joined Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP, where they trained and supervised a group of paralegals, managed a variety of litigation, arbitration, and regulatory/compliance issues, and contributed to vendor selection process for E-discovery issues. In 2014, they moved to Levi Lubarsky Feigenbaum & Weiss LLP as a Senior Paralegal. In 2015, they joined TOMI Environmental Solutions, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer, Operations and Compliance Officer, and Chief Regulatory and Compliance Officer. In this role, they were responsible for managing IP related initiatives, including patent and trademark renewals, submissions to international and domestic regulatory agencies, secured registration in all 50 states, Canada, and multiple international registrations, created standards in compliance-related internal functions, and introduced and implemented standard document and management systems.

Elissa Shane attended the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and Communications and a minor in Economics.
