Brandon Willey

Brandon Willey currently serves as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in Dr. Wei Zhang's laboratory at the University of Colorado Boulder, focusing on the organic synthesis, purification, and analytical testing of novel organic polymers and monomers. Additionally, Brandon has experience as a Laboratory Assistant managing general chemistry laboratory courses, where responsibilities included preparing stock solutions, assembling experiment sets, and maintaining Environmental Health and Safety standards. Since June 2019, Brandon has worked as a Laboratory Technician at Tomlin Scientific Inc., where past duties involved analytical ASTM testing, research and development, and quality control, along with part-time online research and analytical investigations. Brandon Willey is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry at the University of Colorado Boulder, expected to graduate in May 2026, following a high school diploma from Marina High School in 2022.
