Graziela Girardi

Graziela Girardi is the current General Manager of Heavy Civil at Tomlinson. Graziela has been with the company since February 2019 and in their current role for just over a year. Prior to that, they were the Operations Manager for R.W. Tomlinson Limited from April 2018 to January 2021. Graziela has also held positions as a Project Manager and Estimator with the company.

Girardi began their career as a civil engineer and project manager with Via Appia Engineering & Construction Limited in 2007. Graziela moved to R.W. Tomlinson Limited in 2011 where they continued in project management before being promoted to estimator in 2014 and then operations manager in 2018.

Girardi is recognized for their accurate estimates, efficient or accelerated construction scheduling and management, reduced impacts on traffic, cost control and innovative pricing solutions, construction methodologies that reduce risk, and emphasis on the highest safety and quality standards. Multi-disciplinary projects include municipal and commercial buildings, bridges and highways. Develop high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching and mentoring.

Their manager is Ron Tomlinson, CEO. They are on a team with Adam Hendriks - GM, Sewer & Watermain, Rob Pierce - SVP, Planning & Development, and Ryan Downing - VP, Operations Support.
