Paul Skrovan CSCP has extensive experience in supply chain management, with a career spanning over two decades. Paul is currently serving as the Director of Digital Operations at Tomlinson's Feed, where they oversee digital operations for the company. Prior to this, Paul worked at Flex as the Director of SCM Americas, where they established and managed a supply chain in the Americas for the enterprise Building Group. Paul also held the position of COO/Partner at Symbolic Muscle LLC, where they developed the supply chain roadmap and strategy for a sports supplement startup.

Paul's experience also includes a role as Director of Global Supply Chain at Nike Inc., where they were responsible for strategic and day-to-day operations for Nike Vision, Timing, and Techlab, as well as directing operational and supply chain efforts for the Nike and Apple Inc. partnership for Nike+. Paul has also served as the Director of Operations at North Central Distributors and as the Senior Vice President/COO at CC Distributors, Inc.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully building and managing cross-functional teams, designing and implementing supply chain processes and systems, and overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets.

Paul Skrovan CSCP earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in General Business from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Paul also obtained the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS in January 2012.
