Cecilia Hernandez

Cecilia Hernandez has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Cecilia currently serves as the Director of People Services at Miramonte Indian Wells Resort & Spa, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at La Quinta Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, where they held various positions in the Human Resources department. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Human Resources Manager, and from 2018 to 2021, they worked as the Human Resources Coordinator.
