Mitchell Mudd

Mitchell Mudd is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in software development, platform integration, and IT support. Currently serving as the sole IT Developer at Tommy Car Wash Systems since November 2019, Mitchell enhances the Suite Commerce Advanced store and integrates multiple platforms such as NetSuite, Jira, and Zendesk. Previous roles include IT Engineer, where over 1000 Jira tickets were completed, leading to significant cost savings for the company and improvements in e-commerce performance. Additionally, Mitchell has contributed to content creation as a Content Advisory Board Member at LogRocket and gained foundational retail experience through various positions at Five Below, The Michaels Companies, and McDonald's. Currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Computer Programming at Grand Rapids Community College, Mitchell aims to further develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
