John Festa

John Festa began their work experience as a Fundraiser at RuffaloCODY in November 2012, where they called prospective students and provided information about the university. John then worked as a Chief Videographer at ACU Optimist from October 2012 to May 2014. Following this, John worked as an Intern at AMS Pictures and as a Technician/Shipping & Receiving Manager at PSI Semicon Services in June 2013.

In 2014, they worked as a Production Assistant at Alchemy at AMS, where they conducted pre-production work for various projects, including stock footage research, location scouting, and coordinating talent and props. John also contributed to the company's rebranding effort.

From June 2014 to May 2015, John served as a Senior Producer at 99 West Media. John then joined X2O Vapes as a Digital Marketing Specialist from June 2015 to July 2016, managing the redesign of the company's e-commerce website and implementing an age verification system for vapor products.

Starting in July 2016, John worked at LiveArea - a PFSweb, Inc. brand as a Business Analyst, managing several client websites hosted on Sales Force Commerce Cloud and completing third-party integrations as a project manager.

In February 2019, John joined Blue Acorn iCi as a Digital Solutions Consultant, specializing in customer experiences and driving business goals on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify+. John achieved success in delivering solutions exceeding client expectations and increasing customer engagement through site improvements.

Most recently, John is employed at Tomorrow as a Senior Solutions Analyst since July 2022.

John Festa completed their education at Abilene Christian University from 2011 to 2015, majoring in Multimedia. John pursued a minor in Business during their time at the university. Prior to that, John graduated from Mckinney High School in 2011. Apart from their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Product Fundamentals from Shopify Plus in February 2022. John has also completed various courses and certifications related to Commerce Cloud Digital and Functional Consulting from Trailhead by Salesforce, although the exact dates of completion are not specified.
