Francis Post

Francis G. Post is a senior vice president and managing director for Tompkins Financial Advisors.

As a business development market leader, Fran is responsible for relationship management and operational activities for financial advisory business in the Pennsylvania region. This includes growing assets under management, building the advisory team and executing the firm’s strategic wealth management initiatives.

With more than 15 years of industry experience, Fran joined Tompkins in 2019. Previously, he worked for Berkshire Advisors, Inc.

Fran earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dickinson College and is a graduate of the Leadership Berks Core Program. He was born and raised in Berks County.
