Kathleen Rapasadi has extensive experience in the insurance industry, holding various roles throughout their career. Kathleen began their work experience in 2003 as a Marketing Manager at First Niagara Risk Management Inc. In 2004, they transitioned to the role of Account Executive at First Niagara Risk Mgt Inc., where they remained until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Account Executive and Office Leader at Brown & Brown of New York, Inc - Buffalo. In 2016, they joined Evans Insurance Agency as an Assistant Vice President/Account Executive and later became Vice President. In 2019, they joined Tompkins Insurance as a Vice President Account Executive and Vice President.
