Sara Shingleton

Sara Shingleton has a diverse work experience. Sara started their career as an Engineering Assistant at Advanced Process Technologies, Inc. in 2004, where they worked on research and development projects, assisted in the design and build of injection molding equipment, and gained experience in PLC building and programming, machining work, and Autocad design.

In 2004, they also joined Caterpillar Inc. as a Global Purchasing Analyst, specializing in the wheel loader product. Sara stayed with the company until 2006, when they transitioned to Tompkins Solutions.

At Tompkins Solutions, Sara initially served as a Senior Consultant. In 2018, they were promoted to Project Manager, and in 2022, they became the Associate Director of Supply Chain Engineering and Project Manager.

Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated expertise in supply chain engineering, project management, purchasing analysis, and research and development.

Sara Shingleton earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
