Shannon McNiel

Shannon McNiel has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry. From 1995 to 2012, they worked at Darden, the world's largest full-service restaurant company, where they served as a Regional Vice President. In this role, they managed over 2,000 restaurants and was responsible for the company's financial results and employee satisfaction. Shannon then joined Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen as a Regional Vice President from 2012 to 2014.
