Cristina Adams has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cristina started their career as a Keyholder at Claire's Accessories in 2007. Cristina then served as a Market Research Intern at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2008. Following that, they were a Team Member at the American Advertising Federation - University of Illinois Urbana Champaign Chapter from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they interned as a Product Development Intern at Scooter Girls, Inc. Cristina also worked at Novica.com, where they held roles such as Merchandising Assistant from 2010 to 2011, Associate Merchandiser from 2011 to 2014, and E-Commerce Merchandising Consultant from 2014 to 2014. Their next position was as a Senior E-Commerce Merchandiser at TOMS from 2014 to 2018, where they were responsible for driving profitable growth and creating consumer-right assortments. Cristina then transitioned to the role of Merchandise Manager at TOMS from 2018 to 2022, where they managed and merchandised global footwear assortments across various categories. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Manager - Merchandising at TOMS, starting in 2022, where they are responsible for developing profitable consumer-right assortments, driving growth, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Cristina Adams completed their education at two different institutions. From 2005 to 2009, they attended the University of Illinois Urbana, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Spanish. Subsequently, they enrolled at FIDM/ Fashion Institute of Design from 2009 to 2010, earning an Associate of Arts Degree with a specialization in Merchandise Product Development.
