Naoko Yokota has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Naoko started their career in 2005 at Libra Leather, Inc., where they worked as a Production department and Import/Export manager. From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Logistics Manager at Rebecca Minkoff. Following that, they worked at Press Alternative Co., Ltd. as an Importer+Logistics specialist from 2009 to 2011. Naoko then joined Be& D as a Production Assistant from 2011 to 2012. Naoko subsequently worked at 3.1 Phillip Lim as a Senior Accessories Production Coordinator from 2012 to 2016, where they successfully managed the production process and maintained records for Women's and Men's accessories. Since 2016, Naoko has been associated with TOMS, starting as a Fit Process Support & Packaging Development professional. Naoko then progressed to the role of Fit Process and Packaging Specialist before currently assuming the position of Manager Fit Process and Packaging & QA Procurement Support. In their current role, they oversee the fit process execution, packaging design, and prototyping, collaborating with stakeholders across the US and China.
Naoko Yokota obtained their BS degree in International Trade and Marketing for the Fashion Industries from the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications from the SATRA Technology Centre. In November 2016, they received a Certificate of Attendance for completing Module 1 of the SATRA Accredited Footwear Technologist modular training program, which focused on Lasts, Fitting, and Comfort. In November 2017, they obtained two more certificates for completing Module 2.2 on Constructions and Module 4.1 on Product Design.
