Erez B.

Erez B. has over 10 years of experience in various design and engineering roles. Erez is currently the Director of Product Design & Engineering at TOMY International, where they oversee the design and development of products. Prior to this, they served as an Adjunct Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

From 2018 to 2021, Erez worked as the Director of Product Design & Development at Skyrocket, where they led teams in designing and developing toys for girls and boys. Erez was responsible for managing and guiding their team, providing technical assessments, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Before joining Skyrocket, Erez was a Senior Design Manager at Alex Brands from 2017 to 2018. Erez also held the position of Senior Industrial Designer at Skip Hop in 2016 and Yookidoo from 2014 to 2016, where they focused on designing and innovating toys for the infant market. Additionally, they managed teams of designers and was involved in website design at Yookidoo.

Prior to their work in the toy industry, Erez worked as the Director of Industrial Design at Global Technology Management Services Ltd. from 2011 to 2014. In this role, they collaborated with startup companies in various industries to design commercial IoT, wearable products, and packaging.

Erez's career began as an Industrial Designer at Peleg Design from 2010 to 2011, where they developed consumer goods from concept design to production. Erez also gained experience in an industrial design role at Studio Eric Degenhardt in 2009.

Throughout their career, Erez has demonstrated expertise in concept development, team management, project management, and guiding new designers. Erez has a strong background in rapid prototyping, mechanical/electronic problem-solving, and 3D computer-generated molding. Erez is also experienced in color management, pattern making, textile design, and creating a cohesive brand identity.

Erez B. completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art. between 2005 and 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Practical engineering degree in Electronics and Physics from ORT Givatayim of Technology, which they completed from 1994 to 1998.
