Rebecca Gritti, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resource & Organizational Development at TOMZ Corporation since December 2023. With a robust career spanning over two decades, Rebecca has held various leadership roles including Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at L3Harris - KEO.
