Karsten Hagel Jensen

Karsten Hagel Jensen has extensive experience in various leadership and consultancy roles within public administration and project management, primarily with Tønder Kommune since May 2002, where positions held include Afdelingsleder for Udvikling og Projekter and Projektchef for Tøndermarsk Initiativet. Prior to this, Karsten contributed to Midtsønderjyllands Udviklingscenter and the Territorial Employment Pact, gaining valuable skills as a Projektkoordinator. Earlier experience includes roles at AOF Give in international project management and an Erhvervskonsulent position at Skærbæk Kommune. Karsten began a career in education as an Underviser at VUC Skive and served as a Program Officer for IOM Bangkok. Karsten holds a Diplom i ledelse from University College Syddanmark and an academic background from Aarhus University.
