Jim Worley

Jim Worley is an experienced professional in process improvement and management, currently serving as Process Improvement Manager and previously as Factory Manager at Tong Engineering since February 2018. Prior roles include General Manager at Hobson Industries Ltd from June 2008 to December 2017, and Director at Advanced IT Solutions Ltd from February 2000 to June 2008. Jim began their career as IT Manager at Hobson Industries Ltd from June 1998 to February 2000, following an undergraduate education as a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science at Nottingham Trent University, where studies were completed in May 1998.
