Katie Greenaway is an experienced Employer Brand Strategist currently working at Tonic since August 2023. Previously, Katie served as a Freelance Consultant at In-gage, conducting employee engagement audits and evaluations for major NZ corporates in the healthcare and construction sectors. Katie has also contributed to sales growth at The Wellington Chocolate Factory, managed events and social media at Unity Books, and led operations at SALA STUDIO. As a Senior Account Manager at HainesAttract, Katie excelled in talent attraction strategies and client management. Additionally, Katie owned and designed for KOOPY, a jewellery business that provided insights into e-commerce and marketing. Educational background includes studies at Victoria University of Wellington, Scuola Toscana in Florence, and Queen Margaret College.
