Daniela Seixas

Daniela Seixas has a wealth of work experience. Daniela began their career in 2003 as an Invited Assistant Professor and Invited Assistant Lecturer at the University of Porto's Faculty of Medicine. In 2010, they became a Neuroradiologist at Centro Hospitalar Vila Nova de Gaia/Espinho E.P.E. In 2012, they became a Member of the Direction of the College of Neuroradiology at Ordem dos Médicos. In 2013, they were an Independent Expert for the European Commission and a Portuguese Delegate for the Division of Neuroradiology of the Section of Radiology at Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes (UEMS). In 2016, they were the CEO of Tonic App S.A. and an Affiliate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Porto. In 2017, they were a Member of the National Consultant Commission for Health Technologies at Ordem dos Médicos and a Member of the Consultant Commission for Health Technologies at the North Section of the Portuguese Medical Association. In 2018, they became a Seminário de Inovação, Pós-Graduação em Gestão da Saúde at Católica Porto Business School.

Daniela Seixas completed their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Universidade do Porto in 2000. Daniela then went on to pursue their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Neuroscience from Universidade do Porto from 2007 to 2012. In 2014, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Executive MBA+ Entrepreneurship from IE Business School. Daniela then completed Executive Education programs in Digital Marketing Lab from IE Business School in 2016, Doing Business in Brazil from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2015, and Negotiation & Competitive Decision Making from Harvard Business School in 2017. Additionally, they obtained the European Certificate of Neuroradiology from European Society of Neuroradiology in 2006 and HIPAA Masters Training from The HIPAA Group in 2016.
