Tim Michell has a diverse work experience in the food and health industry. Tim started in 2011 as a waiter and chef at Wild Food Café, where they eventually became an assistant manager. In 2014, they worked at Juice Tonic as an assistant manager and later as a member of the juice and smoothie team. In 2015, they managed a pop-up juice bar at FOOD FOR THOUGHT (GUILDFORD) LIMITED. From 2016 onwards, Tim worked in various roles, including being a health foods brand ambassador, vegan recipe developer, and South West Regional Manager for Healthy Food and Drink Brands at Tonic Health, where they were responsible for expanding and maintaining new business. Throughout their career, they demonstrated skills in sales, relationship management, product development, and event promotion.
Tim Michell attended Oxford Brookes University from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a BSC Hons 2.1 degree in Biology, General.
