Aleksejs Horohorins

Aleksejs Horohorins currently serves as Payments Operations Lead at Tonybet, where leadership of a team focused on optimizing payment processes and managing cross-functional projects is a primary responsibility. Previously, Aleksejs held roles at PokerStars as Customer Experience Quality Manager for the Russian Market, and at IPF Digital in the same capacity, where quality standards and training programs were developed and refined. Aleksejs also has experience in customer service leadership at Citadele banka, account management at Mandatum Life Insurance, and client support at Nordea Bank AB Latvia branch. Aleksejs’s career began in operations and logistics with MAN-TESS LINES and as an Insurance Agent at AAS Seesam Latvia. Aleksejs holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Latvijas Universitate.
