Katrin Schmidt is an experienced professional in partner growth and management, currently serving as the Head of Partner Growth at Too Good To Go since March 2020, where leadership and strategic direction for the growth and retention of the independent and franchise partners portfolio in the German market are primary responsibilities. Prior roles at Too Good To Go include Team Lead for Independent Partner Growth, as well as Key Account and Key Partner Management. Katrin's background includes significant contributions to NH Hotel Group, where responsibilities ranged from junior management in business administration and CAPEX engineering to a specialist role in engineering and maintenance. Early career experiences include a trainee position in management assistance and asset management with an emphasis on hospitality development, as well as service and bar management roles at PrimeTime Personal GmbH and Rocco Forte Villa Kennedy, where initial hospitality training took place. Katrin holds a Master of Arts in Management and Consulting from Berlin University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
