Janesh K

Janesh K has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role as the Chief Human Resources Officer at RP-SG FMCG (Guiltfree Industries Limited), starting in July 2020. Prior to this, they held the same role at Airtel Payments Bank from August 2016 to February 2020. Janesh also worked at airtel as the Head HR- AP Circle from October 2013 to August 2016. Before joining airtel, Janesh served as an HR Business Partner at Abbott from June 2012 to October 2013, where they focused on building HR credibility and providing strategic inputs, as well as supporting sales target achievement. Janesh started their career at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in July 2008 as an HR Business Partner, responsible for driving HR strategies and executing various HR operations. Janesh also worked at JSW Steel Ltd as an HRBP- Talent Acquisition and Management from January 2006 to June 2008, handling recruitment, performance management, and training.

Janesh K has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, which they completed from 1998 to 2002. Janesh also holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Janesh K completed their schooling in Biology, Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
