Catherine Sigmar

Catherine Sigmar is Head of Legal responsible for providing legal services that facilitate customer service and growth. Prior to ToolsGroup, she was Chief Legal Officer and VP Strategy at Tecsys Inc.. Catherine has significant experience in the technology sector including stints at Intel Corporation, Baan Corporation, and SSA Global Technologies Inc. She has worked extensively in North and South America, Europe, and Asia, and has held COO, SVP, and GC roles in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Catherine has law degrees from Illinois Institute of Technology (USA) and the University of Western Ontario (Canada), and a BA from Queens University (Canada).
