Kristy Feck

Kristy Feck serves as the CEO of Toolworks, a social enterprise established in 1975 aimed at enhancing economic independence and personal satisfaction for individuals with disabilities. Under Kristy's leadership since June 2004, Toolworks has successfully operated a commercial janitorial service, an outsourcing business, and Hayes Valley Bakeworks, employing over 150 individuals with disabilities annually. Additionally, Kristy holds the role of Vice President at Hayes Valley Bakeworks since January 2011, where the bakery and café not only thrive in the performing arts district but also provide crucial employment and training opportunities for individuals with disabilities who are homeless or at risk.
