Mouna Shree has worked in the customer success field since 2016. Mouna began their career as a Customer Success Manager at Conflux Technologies Private Limited. In 2019, they joined Toolyt as a Customer Success Manager, where they are responsible for building an intelligent personal assistant for field sales teams to increase productivity and optimize customer onboarding. Toolyt is used by companies such as GE Healthcare, City Bank, and SK Finance.
