James McGovern

James McGovern is the Vice President of International Business Development at Top Aces, with previous experience at Raytheon and the United States Air Force. James has held various leadership roles, including Commander of the 366th Operations Group and Commander of the 607th Air & Space Operations Center. McGovern holds a Master of Science in Military Strategic Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science.
