Here, they also worked on creating an Operational Data Store for the Gates McDonald subsidiary, primarily focusing on data extraction, transformation, and loading into a single Oracle repository.

Moving forward, Kim worked as a Consultant at Compuware and Origin Technology, where they utilized their skills and knowledge to provide valuable insights and support.

In the year 2000, Kim joined SubmitOrder.com as a Data Warehouse Manager, honing their expertise in managing and organizing large volumes of data.

In 2002, they became a Project Manager at Longaberger, overseeing and successfully implementing projects.

Kim's next professional endeavor was at Fiserv, where they held multiple roles as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst. Their responsibilities included managing projects related to upgrading the Genesys CTI system and leading various mobile banking projects within a larger program.

Continuing their journey, Kim joined NetJets in 2012 as a Project Manager - Business Intelligence. Their work primarily focused on this area until they made a significant career move in 2015.

In 2015, Kim became a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at TOP Consulting, Inc., further utilizing their expertise in managing projects and providing valuable guidance to clients.

Throughout their extensive career, Kim has acquired a wide range of certifications, including PMP, CSM, and PMI-ACP, showcasing their commitment to professional growth and excellence.

In 2011, Kim obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® certification from the Scrum Alliance, as well as the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
