Melinda Tullius

Melinda Tullius has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Melinda 'smost recent position was as a Consultant at TOP Consulting, Inc. starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Certified Health Coach in their own coaching/self-employed business since July 2019. In this role, they focused on delivering effective coaching to individuals and groups to improve their quality of life through health, nutrition, fitness, and behavior changes.

Before becoming a Health Coach, Melinda worked at DSW from 2014 to 2020. Melinda held the role of Store Operations Lead, Core Operations from October 2016 to August 2020, where they provided support, communication, and guidance to stores. Additionally, they served as a Workforce Management Analyst from April 2014 to October 2016, leading the rollout of an automated scheduling system and influencing the change management process.

From 2008 to 2014, Melinda worked at EXPRESS in various roles. Melinda was a Workforce Management and Performance Management Specialist from November 2011 to March 2014, responsible for labor scheduling, payroll management, and performance reporting. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist, focusing on system updates and training for store labor scheduling and performance reporting.

Melinda's work experience also includes a role as an Information Technology Support Coordinator at Limited Brands from June 2007 to July 2008, where they provided customer service and analyzed scheduling application issues. Melinda began their career at The Buckle as a Store Manager from June 2003 to July 2007, overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and achieving sales goals.

Melinda Tullius holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University. Melinda also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science of Human and Consumer Sciences, with a focus on Retail Merchandising and Business Administration, from Ohio University. In addition, they have obtained certification as a Dr. Sears Wellness Institute Certified Health Coach in July 2019.
