Tony Weaver

Tony Weaver has over 20 years of work experience in various roles, including project management, program delivery, coaching, and consulting.

- From 2019 onward, they worked as a Senior Consultant at TOP Consulting, Inc., specializing in project and program delivery for healthcare clients. Tony was responsible for managing multiple technology projects, including data integration and reporting capabilities.

- In 2019, they also worked as a Life, Goals & Health Coach, Author, and Founder at Operation Melt.

- In 2018, they were a Project Management Consultant at Data Systems Integration Group, where they implemented a PMO Innovation initiative for the State of Ohio, focusing on improving project management maturity and delivery consistency.

- From 2008 to 2018, they held various roles at DSW, including Sr. Director of PMO, Director of Omni-Channel Program Management, Director of Marketing Operations, and Program Manager.

- Tony started their career in 1995, holding earlier positions at multiple companies before joining Limited Brands in 2001 as a Sr. Programmer/Analyst.

- Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant (Project Manager) at CGI from 2005 to 2008, specializing in the public sector in Ohio.

Tony Weaver attended Ohio Dominican University from 1995 to 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computer Science. In 2020, they enrolled in Transformation Academy and pursued multiple Life & Health Coaching Certifications. Tony obtained their Health & Nutrition Life Coach Certification in July 2021, followed by the Professional Life Coach Certification in February 2022. In March 2023, Tony completed the Happiness Life Coach, Life Purpose Coach, and Master Life Coach Certifications, all from the Transformation Academy. Additionally, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2007.
