Timothy and Tracie Baise

Timothy Baise is the President and CEO of Top Flite Financial, Inc., a company co-founded by Timothy and Tracie Baise in 2002, which has expanded to over 60 retail locations across the United States and employs 340 individuals in 34 states. With a strong emphasis on compliance, quality, and integrity, Timothy has guided the firm's growth over the years. Prior to establishing Top Flite, Timothy served as Branch Manager at Indigo Financial (formerly Fairway of America) from 2002 to 2003, where responsibilities included training and hiring loan officers and overseeing loan origination and production. Timothy's earlier experience includes a role as a loan officer and team leader at Conseco Finance Service Corp, where notable achievements included producing over $1 million in loan volume in a single month. Timothy Baise's education spans several institutions, including Charis Bible College and Rhema Bible College, and includes certifications in aviation and mortgage education.
