Mitch Mueller

Mitch Mueller is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in technical instruction and support for storage systems. Currently serving as an L3 Support and Enablement Engineer at Top Gun Technology since January 2021, Mitch is responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting advanced storage systems, including NetApp and EMC technologies. Prior to this role, Mitch spent nearly a decade at NetApp as a Senior Global Technical Instructor, delivering training on a wide range of storage solutions and pioneering innovative training methodologies. Mitch's career also includes significant roles at SGI and Cray Research, where expertise in server architectures, cloud computing, and network security was developed as a Principal Instructor and Systems Administrator.
