Tasnuva Afrin is an experienced professional in account and relationship management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Top Hat since February 2018, after progressing through various roles including Partner Services Manager and Senior Account Manager. At Top Hat, a Toronto-based ed-tech company, Tasnuva manages strategic partnerships with major institutional clients, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels.
